How ORVI's Visa Assistance Works
Document checklist
We provide a comprehensive, destination-specific document checklist based on your nationality, travel purpose, and duration. Updated regularly to reflect current embassy requirements.
Application form guidance
Our visa team reviews your completed forms for completeness and consistency before submission. We flag any fields that are likely to cause delays or rejections.
Document submission
We submit your application to the relevant VFS Global or embassy-authorised processing centre on your behalf (where permitted). You retain full visibility of all submitted documents.
Status tracking
We track the status of your application and provide regular updates. In the event of a query or additional document request from the embassy, we will communicate this to you within 24 hours.
Visa collection
Once approved, your visa will be delivered to your registered address (for physical sticker visas) or emailed to you (for e-visas). Processing timelines vary by destination — see the table below.

All fees are indicative as of 11 August 2026 and subject to change by the respective embassy. ORVI service fees are in addition to embassy fees and are non-refundable once documentation review has commenced.
Standard Documents Required (All Destinations)
- Valid Indian passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date, with at least 2 blank pages)
- Confirmed return flight tickets (or ORVI booking confirmation)
- Hotel or accommodation confirmation for the entire stay
- Passport-size photographs (as per embassy specifications)
- Bank statements (last 3–6 months, typically minimum INR 2–3 lakh balance)
- Income Tax Returns (last 2–3 years) or Form 16 / salary slips
- Employment proof (employee ID, employment letter, leave sanction) or business proof
- Travel insurance (mandatory for Schengen countries; recommended for all)
Specific destinations require additional documentation — e.g., a Schengen application requires proof of accommodation for each country visited; a US visa requires SEVIS payment for certain traveller categories; a Kenya e-Visa requires a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate. ORVI will provide the full, destination-specific checklist at the time of engagement.
