About ORVI Travel

Travel should feel exciting. Planning shouldn’t feel complicated.

ORVI is being built as a service-led travel company for Indian travellers who want one planning team to coordinate the moving parts of a trip — itinerary, accommodation, transfers, visa assistance, travel insurance options, destination experiences, group logistics and support.

The ORVI model

One trip file. One planning path.

Your travel manager keeps the itinerary, supplier confirmations, documents, payment schedule and trip support information organised in one place.

Who we are

A travel company built around clarity, coordination and care.

ORVI is not designed to be another endless list of flight and hotel prices. The idea is simpler: help travellers make a decision, turn that decision into a workable trip, and make the responsibilities of ORVI, suppliers and the traveller clear before money changes hands.

We plan both India and international travel, from ready-to-customise holiday packages to private itineraries, group departures, event-led journeys and business travel. Where ORVI facilitates services provided by a third party — such as airlines, hotels, embassies, insurers, payment providers or event organisers — the relevant supplier terms remain part of the booking.

Our goal is to make the complicated parts visible early: what is included, what is not, what can change, which documents are required, what is refundable, and who to contact when something goes wrong.

Our service portfolio

More than a package. A complete travel workflow.

The service mix is structured around the categories travellers already expect from established Indian travel companies, while keeping supplier roles and package-specific inclusions explicit.

Leisure travel

Holidays built around the traveller

Customised private holidays

Tailor-made itineraries based on dates, budget, pace, interests, preferred hotel category and transport style.

Group tours & fixed departures

Pre-planned itineraries with stated departure dates, group inclusions, tour-manager/guide details where included, and seat availability.

Family, honeymoon & special-interest trips

Family holidays, romantic escapes, senior-friendly plans, solo travel, spiritual journeys, adventure, food, photography and beach holidays.

Event-led travel

Packages built around music festivals, cultural events, sports, seasonal spectacles and major global celebrations, subject to event ticket availability and organiser terms.

Documents & protection

Prepare before you leave

Visa assistance

Document checklists, application-form support, appointment guidance and submission coordination where available. Embassy/consulate decisions remain independent and approval is never guaranteed.

Travel insurance facilitation

Where offered, insurance options are presented with the insurer/intermediary identified in the quote. Policy wording, exclusions, eligibility and claims are governed by the insurer.

Pre-departure trip file

Confirmed itinerary, vouchers, supplier contacts, visa/travel-document notes, payment record and destination guidance organised before travel.

Travel-guideline support

Practical reminders on passport validity, entry requirements, health/travel advisories, baggage and destination-specific rules; travellers remain responsible for meeting official requirements.

Logistics & business

One team for the moving parts

Flights, hotels & transfers

Coordination of supplier options around the chosen itinerary. Final fare rules, room terms, baggage, cancellation conditions and transfer details are shown in the booking record.

Destination experiences & guides

Sightseeing, activities and local guides selected according to destination requirements and trip fit. Permit or licence requirements are checked where applicable.

Corporate travel & MICE

Business trips, employee travel, incentives, meetings, conferences and group movement planning with approval-friendly quotations and consolidated trip records.

Payment & EMI facilitation

Payment schedules and financing/EMI options may be offered through disclosed providers. Eligibility, charges and lender terms apply; no “0% EMI” claim is made unless the actual offer supports it.

Important: not every service is automatically included in every package. The written quote and booking confirmation control what ORVI is providing for a specific trip.
Quote standard

What you should know before you pay.

A strong travel quote should make the commercial and operational terms understandable before checkout — not after a problem occurs.

Total price and tax treatment

The quote should identify the amount payable, payment milestones and applicable taxes/charges.

Inclusions and exclusions

Flights, meals, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, insurance and guide services should be marked included or excluded.

Supplier and fare conditions

Airfare rules, hotel category/property information and supplier cancellation terms should be visible where known.

Visa service scope

Service fee, official fee, expected process, required documents and the fact that the issuing authority controls the final decision.

Cancellation and refund schedule

ORVI charges and supplier non-refundable components should be separated as clearly as practicable.

Foreign-exchange assumptions

For international bookings, the quotation should state where prices can change with currency, supplier or tax movements.

Insurance details when selected

Insurer/intermediary, policy type and where to read the policy wording, exclusions and claims process.

Support and escalation contacts

Customer-care route, trip-support route and grievance route should be easy to find in the confirmation.

Five steps from idea to departure.

03

Managed travel vs self-booking

Where a planning team adds value.

This comparison is about workflow, not a claim that every self-booking platform lacks support.

Consumer safeguards

Trust should be built with process, not badges.

The page is deliberately written to avoid displaying unverified accreditations or technical-security claims. Registration badges should only appear after the underlying certificate or number is verified.

Clear pricing and advertising

Package communication should avoid hidden mandatory add-ons, misleading urgency and undisclosed material conditions. Final booking terms should be available before payment. See Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation charges, supplier deductions, timelines and refund methods should be stated in writing. Where a supplier controls a refund, that dependency should be explained. See Refund & Cancellation.

Grievance redressal

Where the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply, ORVI’s grievance workflow should acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to redress them within one month. See Grievance Redressal.

Privacy and personal data

Travel planning can involve passport, identity and itinerary data. ORVI’s privacy practices should follow applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025 as they come into force. See Privacy Policy.

Verified credentials only

Ministry recognition, NIDHI classification/registration, IATA accreditation, insurer/intermediary status, GST registration and payment-security badges should be shown only when ORVI can publish the current legal entity/certificate details supporting the claim.

i

Third-party decisions stay third-party

Embassies decide visas; airlines and hotels control their inventory; insurers decide claims; event organisers control event access. ORVI can assist and coordinate, but should not present those third-party outcomes as guaranteed.

Corporate disclosure

Publish the business identity clearly.

Frequently asked

Questions travellers should not have to chase us for.

No. ORVI can coordinate these services, but the exact inclusions vary by package and quote. The booking confirmation should be treated as the definitive list of included and excluded services.
No. ORVI may assist with documents, forms, appointments and submission coordination, but the embassy, consulate or competent authority alone decides whether a visa is issued.
Insurance should only be offered through an authorised insurer/intermediary arrangement. When insurance is included or facilitated, the insurer/intermediary and policy terms should be identified in the quote. ORVI does not decide insurance claims.
Until supplier inventory is confirmed and payment/booking conditions are met, airfares, hotel rates, event tickets, taxes and foreign-exchange-linked components may change. Any validity period or price assumption should be stated on the quote.
The applicable cancellation schedule and supplier deductions depend on the booking. ORVI’s written Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific supplier terms supplied with your booking determine the process.
Yes, ORVI can structure group travel, corporate movement, MICE/incentive programmes and event-led travel on a quotation basis, with the exact support scope agreed for each project.
