1. Parties and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ORVI Travel Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: [CIN Number]; GSTIN: [GSTIN Number]; Registered office: [Registered Office Address], India) ("ORVI", "Company", "we", "us") and you, the customer ("you", "User").
By accessing our Platform, making an enquiry, or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872, and applicable tourism regulations. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at [City], India.
2. Services Offered
ORVI Travel is a travel services company licensed under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. We provide:
- Domestic and international holiday packages (all-inclusive, semi-inclusive, customised)
- Hotel bookings, flight bookings, ground transport arrangements
- Visa assistance and documentation guidance
- Travel insurance facilitation
- Corporate travel management
- Event-led and experiential travel programmes
- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) management
ORVI acts as an agent for third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators) and as a principal for packages designed, curated and operated by us. The applicable capacity will be specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Booking, Confirmation and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit and issuance of a Booking Confirmation email with a unique booking reference number.
- An enquiry or verbal confirmation does not constitute a binding booking.
- Bookings for minors (below 18 years) must be made by a parent or legal guardian who assumes responsibility for payment and compliance.
3.2 Payment Terms

3.3 Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- International package prices may be quoted in USD or EUR; INR equivalent is computed at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of booking.
- ORVI reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in airline fuel surcharges, government taxes, visa fees, currency fluctuations, or force majeure events, with advance notice to confirmed booking holders.
4. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents
- It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date) and all required visas, permits, and health documentation.
- ORVI may provide visa assistance as a value-added service; however, we provide no guarantee of visa approval, which is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority.
- Visa application fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome.
- ORVI is not liable for any loss, delay, or cost arising from your failure to obtain correct travel documents.
5. Travel Insurance
ORVI strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. ORVI facilitates insurance through its partner (ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd.) but does not underwrite any insurance policy. All insurance claims are governed by the insurer's terms and conditions.
6. Health, Safety and Special Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit for your chosen travel programme.
- Any specific medical requirements, dietary needs, or accessibility requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. ORVI will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate these but cannot guarantee fulfilment in all cases.
- ORVI reserves the right to exclude you from a tour if, in the reasonable opinion of our representative, your condition poses a risk to yourself or others, without entitlement to a refund.
- Pregnancy: Consult your physician before booking adventure or long-haul packages. Some activities and destinations have restrictions on participation during pregnancy.
7. Modifications by ORVI
ORVI reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute elements of an itinerary due to:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions)
- Insufficient minimum booking numbers for group departures
- Operational or safety requirements
- Third-party supplier cancellations (airline schedule changes, hotel closures)
In the event of a significant change, you will be offered: (a) acceptance of the amended itinerary; (b) an alternative package of comparable value; or (c) a full refund of amounts paid to ORVI, subject to third-party supplier refund policies.
8. Liability
- ORVI's liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
- ORVI acts as agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, negligence, or insolvency.
- ORVI is not liable for loss of life, personal injury, loss of baggage, or property damage unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by Indian law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Platform — including text, photographs, videos, logos, itineraries, and software — is the exclusive property of ORVI Travel Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our Platform
- Post defamatory, obscene, or harmful content via any review or communication channel
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Platform
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal Policy). If unresolved:
- Consumer Forum: You may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Arbitration: Disputes above ₹10,00,000 may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent, seat at [City], India.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to the above, courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
ORVI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and by a notice on our Platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
